Refund Policy

At Discover Sharm, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional travel experiences across Sharm El Sheikh and beyond. We understand that plans can change, and our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and customer-focused.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled trip date are eligible for a 100% refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 72 hours and 6 days before the trip are eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the trip or failure to attend (no-show) will result in no refund.
2. Modifications and Rescheduling
Changes to booking dates must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Any price differences resulting from the change will be communicated and must be settled before confirmation.
3. Cancellation by Discover Sharm
If a tour or activity is cancelled by Discover Sharm due to weather conditions, safety concerns, minimum participant requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered a:
- Full refund, or
- Option to reschedule the activity at no additional cost
4. Group Bookings & Private Tours
Different cancellation terms may apply to group bookings, custom itineraries, and private tours. Specific terms will be outlined during the booking process and confirmed in writing.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that any transaction or service fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
